METIS Design|Build began as an integrated design and construction business. Potential clients would, thus, enjoy a complete design-contracting-building relationship with us. This service included the extraordinary services of Jerin Dunsmoor – a high-quality and talented builder – as well as that of Erick Villagomez both of whom would partake in the physical construction of each project. Although this has been temporarily been put on hold, it promises return in the future and offer clients the ultimate synthesis of design and construction.
