A PASSION for residential design – large and small, new and renovations – was, and continues to be, the foundation of Metis Design|Build. This service focuses on the schematic and conceptual development of home designs as well as the creation of the drawing package for municipal building permits. The construction phase is done in collaboration with a builder/contractor of the clients choice. However, trades and builders that have a history with us are often available to those who wish to use them.

The projects in this section range in scale, budget, and aesthetics. As the saying goes ” projects are only as good as the clients they serve”.
