Ch Home

TSAWWASSEN, B.C. – This modest interior renovation focused primarily on redesigning the public spaces of the home to create a more meaningful relationship between the kitchen, dining room, living area and entry. Interior partitions were selectively removed and utility functions relocated to open up the space. This facilitated the enlargement of the kitchen and opened up sightlines that connected the front of the home to the rear yard.

New windows and doors were also created to increase the perception of space and “extend” the interior into the rear yard. A new deck will enclose an outdoor room and solidify this interlocking relationship with the backyard.
